About Pain Posture Peformance

​Pain Posture Performance was created with the goal to educate other massage therapist and fitness professionals to provide a dynamic theoretical and hands-on course and online training that introduces concepts of movement and posture, both involving static movement such as resting positions, dynamic movement and how this relates to pain, posture, and performance.

Meet Daniel Christie 

In addition to holding a B.Sc Sports Rehabilitation degree from a Middlesex University, London, Danny has many years of hands-on experience at numerous clinics and sports clubs in the UK and the USA. His wide-ranging skills have been put to excellent use treating elite and recreational athletes at national and regional athletic events from many different fields as well as working with our regular fitness orientated clients. His extensive knowledge of muscular anatomy and movement dysfunction, and corrective exercises are all incorporated into his treatments and sessions. Danny re-located to Miami from the UK in 2008 and has gained certifications as a licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer in the US. Danny specializes in movement dysfunction and pain management utilizing mobility exercises combined with hands on manual therapy. Danny’s diligent approach to exercise/therapy ensures the most relevant and carefully tailored treatments are administered all his clients.

Combining a selection of innovated soft tissue therapies and corrective exercises to address the factors causing your pain or discomfort, therapist Danny Christie works with a variety of clients. Danny applies a manual treatment to alleviate muscle and other soft tissue injuries. Chronic and acute injuries to the soft tissues may be the cause of a wide variety of painful problems. Soft tissue injuries can affect just about any area of the body. Chronic neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, shin splints, rotator cuff problems, sciatica and plantar fasciitis can all be helped with this type of therapy.
