Course Description
Deep Therapeutics

This hands-on live class will teach you how to build a thriving Massage practice using PPP Deep Therapeutic Massage routines. You will explore the use of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Passive Stretching, Sports Massage based techniques that blend seamlessly into your therapy sessions.

During the theoretical introduction, the physiology, and biomechanics of arthrokinematics will be discussed, and the fundamental mobility and stability needs of the human body. These theories will be specifically related to massage therapy and structural bodywork.

This class is divided up into multiple sections. You will learn an array of prone and supine deep tissue massage techniques. Students will also learn how use various technical strokes including fingers, knuckles, fists, and elbow techniques.

Throughout the class we will be utilizing myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, fascial- mobilization, and bone massage.

The protocols are based on the work of Jandas upper and lower crossed syndrome and the functional movement systems known as joint-by-joint theory.

The goal of this class is to teach you a full body deep tissue routine, that is not only effective for practicality but also very relaxing and restorative for the client.

In this 2-day pain posture performance class will teach you how to build a thriving Massage practice using PPP Deep Therapeutic Massage routines.   • Learn 3 different whole-body routines.

  • Learn Key Nuances to Myofascial Release Techniques

  • Learn how to treat the body holistically.

  • Learn specific protocols to release:

  • Quadratus Lumborum

  • Rotators of the Hip

  • Scalene and SCM

  • Restoring length in the Anterior hip capsule and musculature

  • Mobilizing the scapula Pecs and Subscapularis

  • Decompress and distract the upper neck.
